Lead and infobox
[edit]- If Com Truise is the common name of the musician who made the album, Seth Haley doesn't need to be mentioned
- Seth Haley previously used other pseudonyms, and I believe it is important to cite his name to avoid confusion, because "Com Truise" is also the name of the fictional astronaut of the story. I've changed it from "Seth Haley's project Com Truise" to "Seth Haley as Com Truise". GhostP. talk 18:46, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
- The release date should take more priority in the lead than the storyline (though the latter can still be mentioned in the lead, the release date should go first)
- Fixed. GhostP. talk 18:46, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
- The release date is mentioned twice in the lead, this should be changed so it is mentioned once
- Fixed. GhostP. talk 18:46, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
- "For Iteration, Haley went to record in Burbank, California, an area with a very "open space", in order to get excited into the material he was making. The space is reflected in the sound and production of the music, which is less compressed and more simple than Haley's previous Com Truise albums" — is all this really needed in the lead??? seems more fit for its section
- I believe it summarizes well the "Production and composition" section. GhostP. talk 18:46, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
Concept
[edit]- Good
Production and composition
[edit]- this is well written but a lot of it is sourced by interviews and primary sources.
- This is very common with production sections, I don't see a problem with it. GhostP. talk 17:31, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
Tracks
[edit]- Good
Release and promotion
[edit]- the duplicate inline citation of [12] isn't needed
- you should probably clarify that the video ¨Propagation¨ received was a music video
- All fixed. GhostP. talk 17:31, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
Reception
[edit]- summarize the metacritic score in prose
- the pitchfork review should be in prose as well
- It is summarized as "Writer Saby Kulkarni [...]", but I changed it to "Pitchfork's Saby Kulkarni". GhostP. talk 17:31, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
- Popmatters should be PopMatters
- Fixed. GhostP. talk 17:31, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
Track listing
[edit]- Good
Personnel
[edit]- Good
Charts
[edit]- Good
Use in media
[edit]- Removed this section because it was unsourced. GhostP. talk 18:50, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
Release history
[edit]- Good
References
[edit]- Ref 7 should have The Line of Best Fit wikilinked
- Ref 16 should have The A.V. Club un-wikilinked
- Ref 17 should have Exclaim! un-wikilinked
- All fixed. GhostP. talk 17:31, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
- Refs 31 and 32 should have Billboard un-wikilinked
- The wikilinks are added automatically with the {{album chart}} template. I believe it's not possible to remove them.
