@Staszek Lem:, whats the bad grammar with saying captured and occupied? nableezy - 23:54, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

" captured and occupied" is OK but "occupied by Israel from Jordan" looks weird. Also redundant. This is a disambig page; in disambig pages no need long explanations, just enough to identify the subject, the shorter the text, the faster the navigation. The point there is that what makes them settlements is that they are in occupied territory. Israel captured a bunch of land in 1948 as well, those are not settlements. Occupied is the operative part here, it is what makes a settlement a settlement. nableezy - 00:01, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Do you oppose the shorter still is about Jewish civilian communities built on land captured and occupied by Israel during the 1967 Six-Day War.? nableezy - 00:02, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Just replacing "captured" with "occupied" will do, if you need hair splitting. Staszek Lem (talk) 00:45, 15 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
