Lost number "87"
[edit]The nuclide "Sm-149" is unstable, so the number 87 should be in the 數列! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.126.202.81 (talk) 14:43, 2 July 2012 (UTC)
- It is *predicted* to be unstable, but according to the Stable isotope article, Sm-149 decay has never actually been observed. -- Limulus (talk) 09:23, 3 July 2012 (UTC) see also the ref -- Limulus (talk) 10:12, 3 July 2012 (UTC)
- Some sources will tell you it has been observed, some will tell you it has not. To date I have not found a primary-source report of its radioactivity, so I think we should leave it listed as a stable isotope that is predicted to be radioactive (like all Sm, Eu, and Ho and above isotopes). Pathetically bad graph
[edit]The graph having the caption "Nuclide half-lives colorcoded" could hardly be worse: Neither the horizontal nor the vertical axis is labeled, nor are they described in the caption. So nobody has any idea what the graph is purporting to show.
(And, the term "color-coded" is misspelled.)216.161.117.162 (talk) 03:17, 26 September 2020 (UTC)
