Reverting

I have reverted the massive rewrite of this article but User:SomeGuyWhoRandomlyEdits because it violated many elements of the Wikipedia:Manual of Style, e.g., MOS:ROMANIZATION, WP:REPEATLINK, MOS:NOITALQUOTE, as I had already explained to him on his talk page.
