The result of the move request was: Moved away from the current title. Moved to Isabel Franco Sánchez per WP:NOGOODOPTIONS. Consensus of making the current title a disambiguation page exists, but no consensus on the disambiguator exists. Closing as the request has been relisted once.

There are two possible targets: Isabel Franco Sánchez and Isabel Franco (politician, born 1970). The first one is better because it is the more WP:CONSISTENT one for now since Isabel Franco Carmona should not be moved as it is not listed in this request.

Isabel Franco → Isabel Franco Sánchez – Not the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for the name or even the profession, due to Congress member Isabel Franco Carmona. The Spanish Wikipedia separates the two by their second surname, rather than DOB, office or party. Unlike for example a middle name in English, it is not entirely rare for a public figure in Spanish to have their second surname written in everyday sources, see [1] [2] [3] [4] in which "Isabel Franco Sánchez" is used either exclusively or in tandem with the one-surname format of her name. Support disambiguating and creation of DAB at base name. Oppose disambiguating by maternal surname. As far as I can see, their common names almost always omit.   - Alright, fifteen; still not much. WP:NATURAL suggests that we use an alternative name that the subject is also commonly called in English reliable sources, albeit not as commonly as the preferred-but-ambiguous title. For one, Isabel Franco Sánchez identifies herself that way on her Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram profiles, and is not-infrequently so referred in press. Similar situation is for Isabel Franco Carmona at Instagram Facebook Congress profile. It's not that the maternal surname in Spanish is an obscure, mostly-private thing like middle or baptized name: it's part of a person's full proper name, and, as can be seen, is quite often used by the carriers themselves and their surroundings.
