Three faced depiction

[edit]

The three headed person is the Anti-christ of the Dianic cult in medieval European art. This is not an allusion to the "wide range of his dealings" and is not unusual. Satan was often depicted as a three headed demon (a parody of the Holy Trinity) in the European Medieval tradition - cf Dante's Inferno, and Florence's baptistry mosaics etc.
