Wrote this article because Ironbridge Capital was a long-standing redlink on MediaWorks New Zealand article. Think this article should stay because, as the article says, it owns MediaWorks New Zealand, one of the largest media companies in New Zealand. Also owns Barbeques Galore and has significant other holdings. Consider media coverage New Zealand Herald has given the takeover to see how this business is very significant in New Zealand business, especially the media industry, at the very least. Even if pre-2007 it did not warrant an article, it is a major business in New Zealand as of 2009. MediaWorks New Zealand owns about half the radio stations of New Zealand, and the two largest commercial/private television networks. Admittedly, most of the significance of Ironbridge relates to MediaWorks New Zealand and could be included in that article. --Matamike (talk) 05:14, 19 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It looks like it's notable enough for a separate article, it shouldn't be an A7 speedy deletion (although as you are the only editor to have made significant edits you can nominate it again using {{db-g7}} still want it to be deleted). snigbrook (talk) 13:48, 21 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
