As an Alternative to Neodymium Magnets
[edit]- Used Iron and some nitrogen source ( Ammonium Nitrate , Ammonia etc)
- Due to the abundance of Iron, and Nitrogen FIxation both are very Appropriate Materials / Sustainable vs Rare Earth Metals
- I came across it in this video:
- [1] by Robert Murray-Smith Titled "1626 Clean Earth Magnets - The Next Step In Power And Mobility"
- Mentions Modern Work by Minnesota University and a company called Niron Magnetics
- Seems APRA-E was also involved
