I am moving this to Iron Horse Trail, Alberta and creating a disambiguation page at Iron Horse Trail. -- Patleahy 01:41, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Iron Horse Trail in Alberta is the only trail whose actual name is exactly Iron Horse Trail so I will keep it and add an Iron Horse Trail (disambiguation). -- Patleahy 02:04, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Suggesting Move

[edit]

May require WP:RM assistance to move history and such. There are at least two trails (possibly more) named Iron Horse Trail, with articles one is Iron Horse Trail, Alberta and the other is Iron Horse Trail (Ontario). It seems likely that there may be more as the Trans Canada Trail continues to grow.

My suggestion

I'm ok with the move. I can't tell which name is better from reading WP:PLACES. I hope my moves in the past haven't made this more difficult for you. -- Patleahy 19:49, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ok found the answer to naming format at Wikipedia:Naming_conventions_(city_names)#Canada it should be Iron Horse Trail, Ontario and Iron Horse Trail, Alberta. As there is history I will take it to WP:RM so that some one with more experience can make move, I am not sure but I think you have to have admin power to do this right.

Here is what the move should be -

I will keep an eye the articles until the moves are settled and finish up any clean up. Signed Jeepday 23:55, 17 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Move Complete

[edit]

The move is complete and it has been a few weeks. No problems, removing from watch list. Jeepday 23:50, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
