Any Idea why switzerland would have stopped trading with Iraq due to UN sanctions as Switzerland wasn't part of the UN until September of 2002? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.48.234.219 (talk) 23:52, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
Well Switzerland was a land locked country, and would need exports to pass through other countries that implemented the sactions. They could deny travel for such a purpose. Enlil Ninlil (talk) 23:34, 11 July 2010 (UTC)
currency envoys
[edit]Should these be 'currency convoys'? I'm not sure what a 'currency envoy' is, or why anyone would attack one. I can see more point in attacking a 'currency convoy', though. Peridon (talk) 16:46, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
