Factual inaccuracy
[edit]First, the article is inaccurate because it confuses from the news sources it cites the actions of other trade unions (notably the Federation of Oil Unions in Iraq) with those of the IFTU. Also, it doesn't note that IFTU no longer even uses the same name – it now goes by the General Federation of Iraqi Workers after merger with several other unions. (The article title should be changed to reflect this.) I believe this has been the case since 2005, making this article highly outdated. I'll clean this up at some point, but I don't know when that will be, so if somebody wants to take care of it sooner, by all means, go for it. Peter G Werner (talk) 23:53, 20 June 2009 (UTC)
