Hello
[edit]Hi, good job on the page! I will try and get some photos of the white coffee.
I love this page. Very informative! Thank you!
"Who came to work locally"
[edit]What does this mean? what is locally?
The term "white coffee" originates from the literal translation of its Chinese name, which was introduced in the 19th century by Chinese migrants who came to work in the local tin mines.[citation needed]

Roast with sugar and additives???
[edit]Hi there!
The article on the second quotation, "Determination Of Coffee Content In Coffee Mixtures", says at the introduction:
"Almost all coffees produced in Malaysia are coffee mixtures comprising of roasted coffee, sugar, margerine and wheat."
So it's not about roasting coffee with other things, it's about the mixture sold to consumers! Coffee is roasted dark or light and then stuff is added later to create a mixture!
How about the white coffee? Is it a better mixture with coffee or is it coffee really roasted with some additive?
