Merge inventory turnover ratio with inventory turnover
[edit]Inventory turnover is generally expressed as a ratio. I suggest merge. --Foggy Morning (talk) 01:53, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
I disagree, maybe more information on the topic and it would not need to be merged. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 194.80.134.138 (talk) 16:32, 10 March 2008 (UTC)
Agree. They are talking about the same thing. there is no relation between more information and merging into same topic. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Trevorhsieh (talk • contribs) 06:06, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
I believe it all depends on how you apply the data. Sales people might focus on data of the sales side, cost of sales and sales. Manufacturers might want the cost of goods sold be measured to find rooms for improvement. Separated data provide information of different foci. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 218.103.179.202 (talk) 02:49, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
I agree for the merge. The distinction between Inventory turnover and Inventory turnover ratio looks very brittle to me.--Joannes Vermorel (talk) 16:51, 8 April 2009 (UTC)
Agreed. There is little to distinguish these articles. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.111.31.71 (talk) 10:36, 14 April 2009 (UTC)
I think this definitely needs to be merged - it is an additional step that you can take after calculating Inventory Turnover, and requires that first calculation to be completed, so therefore should be merged with Inventory Turnover article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.119.230.117 (talk) 01:36, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
I agree for a merger, both the terms convey the same information. - Hrishikesh Keskar —Preceding undated comment added 06:40, 27 December 2009 (UTC).
