I'm not sure I'd agree with calling this article a stub. It's an obscure one mile long highway servicing a small city in upstate New York. Three paragraphs may be adequate coverage. Opose merge

I've seen some oppose merge, so I think Its better not to merge. Althoguh I-587 entirly concurs with NY 28; I-587 have its own information to be kept 2 seperate page.Also the development manager wants us not to worry about the space and page length. I have reverted the split of I-587 from NY 28. My rationale for doing so is at Talk:New York State Route 28. Further discussion on this issue should be placed there. – T M F 19:26, 19 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
