There's now been a UN Security Council statement on the subject, which might be worth adding. --Delirium 06:01, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Perfect resource for quotes on the Myanmar issue, if anyone has the time to upload them: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/7014704.stm -- Permafrost 07:25, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Chile's reaction

[edit]

You may add this official declaration from the Foreing Affairs Ministry of Chile. I'm not a english languaje user, so comebody can help me! :) Rakela 19:52, 28 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the information! I have updated the article.--Burzum 09:00, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I also think that it would be good to add quotes from the EU and the UN, since they have been notable in the media - especially with the UN General Assembly meeting, Ban Ki Moon's statements and the UN Security Council meeting over the matter. -- Permafrost 11:53, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vietnam source?

[edit]

I've removed the Vietnam bit("In Vietnam, this topic is banned. No media can report about this event though it had lasted for several days."). It is not only oddly worded, but unsourced, despite the fact that it should be. Anybody have something?Circeus 18:58, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, found something on a blog, which was echoed by BBC. This will have to do in the meantime. Circeus 19:10, 30 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
