OK, the page is started. I hope those with more knowledge of this than I can add to and correct it. Gladmax 02:03, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit]Incredibly, all of the examples involve America in some way. Could we have some balance? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Noodleki (talk • contribs) 02:05, 22 May 2012 (UTC)
- You're free to add your own examples. Personally, given the resulting decade and change of eternal war, I'm surprised I didn't see 9/11 there. -- Resuna (talk) 14:09, 22 November 2013 (UTC)
Split
[edit]Why dont we just split the example section intio a separate article? Pessi69 (talk) 22:35, 15 April 2023 (UTC)
Royal Mail link
[edit]I've removed the following sentence from the lead: The Royal Mail of the United Kingdom keeps a list on its website of current international incidents that might disrupt mail service.[1]
The cited page doesn't appear to be of international incidents in the sense of the article topic—it shows incidents affecting the post which are international to the United Kingdom (and thus many of the items on the list are domestic incidents, natural disasters, etc.; at present one item is just some IT issues at a national postal service). That was the only reference on the page, so I've removed the references section and updated the maintenance template accordingly. YorkshireLad ✿ (talk) 07:13, 26 July 2023 (UTC)
