Commission for the Geological Map of the World

[edit]

Should there be a link to the affiliated Commission for the Geological Map of the World (CGMW), whose website is http://ccgm.free.fr/? Should there be an article for CGMW itself? ICS uses CGMW material. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Copyeditor42 (talkcontribs) 13:02, 6 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Footnotes

[edit]

The links incorporated into the text should be footnotes gathered into a Notes section and placed in cite web format. I disagree about the importance. it seems high importance to me.66.30.95.118 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 10:04, 21 December 2010 (UTC).[reply]

Deletion?

[edit]

I really don't understand why anyone would propose the deletion of a WP article on a significant international body. What's the rationale? Geopersona (talk) 05:07, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

As you can see from the edit history I quickly reversed my stance precisely for the reason that you state. TarnishedPathtalk 05:53, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, that's good, thanks! Geopersona (talk) 14:30, 2 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
and I was half asleep which is why it happened in the first place. TarnishedPathtalk 10:18, 3 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
