Merge proposal
[edit]It has been proposed in July 2015 that Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade be merged into this article. Discuss here:
There's a strong overlap here, as the full list of leaders is on the ITA page instead of the undersecretary's page. If there were more non-duplicate content on the undersecretary then the current split would be fine, but both pages are pretty short on prose; I think they'd work better together.
