International Healthcare Terminology Standards Development Organization
[edit]- Should be moved to "International Healthcare Terminology Standards Development Organization" --KHeitmann (talk) 07:41, 18 April 2010 (UTC)
Over promotional?
[edit]- This organisation sets a standard for recording medical information which is used in many countries. I have read the article and cannot see how it is "over promotional". Hospitals within the NHS in the UK use SNOMED CT to record the medical conditions of all patients so it touches the lives of everyone who requires medical treatment at any time from birth to death. In other words the whole population. I came here to find out about SNOMED CT and the organisation behind it. This article told me what I wanted to know.
