Thanks to discuss in the Russian version: http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%92%D0%B8%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%BF%D0%B5%D0%B4%D0%B8%D1%8F:%D0%9A_%D1%83%D0%B4%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%8E/16_%D0%B8%D1%8E%D0%BD%D1%8F_2008#.D0.9C.D0.B5.D0.B6.D0.B4.D1.83.D0.BD.D0.B0.D1.80.D0.BE.D0.B4.D0.BD.D1.8B.D0.B9_.D0.B4.D0.B5.D0.BB.D1.8C.D1.84.D0.B8.D0.B9.D1.81.D0.BA.D0.B8.D0.B9_.D0.BA.D0.BE.D0.BC.D0.B8.D1.82.D0.B5.D1.82 was to declassify date of the establishment of this committee, namely - 2004 year.
Other information of the International Delphic Committee-establishment remained totally non-transparent.
Thanks to facts coming from the process of the above discussion, one thing is clear:
the former organization of the national-level (National Delphic Council Russia) after a five-year stay in the structure of the higher organization of the international-level (International Delphic Council with Head Office in Berlin ) withdrew from this structure, to divide itself into two parts and one of the part to transform into this committee, concealing a mechanism of such wonderful transformation.

The International Delphic Committee has own web-site only since May, 1-st, 2006.
It is strange, but even on this web-site there are no messages, there are no data, there are no facts - where, when and by whom this "committee" has been founded.
It is also strange, but the International Delphic Committee and the National Delphic Council Russia have identical logos and identical addresses.
The National Delphic Council Russia (founded 1999) is the former member of the International Delphic Council with Head Office in Berlin (founded 1994).
After separation in 2004 from the International Delphic Council (Berlin) National Delphic Council Russia and „International Delphic Committee“ (Moscow) are violating international intellectual property rights by using the word “Delphic Games” and copying the formats and content of the International Delphic Council (Berlin).
Yours faithfully, the keen observer (89.62.98.145 (talk) 17:47, 9 March 2008 (UTC)).
Delphic games editorial disputes
[edit]The sponsorship of these games has been the subject of editorial disputes on this, the German and the Russian Wikipedias. For the record, I have compiled a list of links to previous discussions at Talk:International Delphic Council#Article deletion controversies here and elsewhere (permanent link).
