Merger proposal
[edit]I propose to merge International Year of the Monument into International Day For Monuments and Sites. I think that the content in the International Year of the Monument article can easily be explained in the context of the World Heritage Day. Both articles aren't detailed, hence the merge will not cause any problems as far as article size is concerned. Edward Saxston (talk) 11:09, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
- Merge – <The International Day For Monuments and Sites, aka World Heritage Day, was announced in 1982 and since then has been commemorated annually. I don't see any reason why to create an entire Wikipedia article just for a single year in which the topic was discussed. In addition, the article I want to want into this page lacks citations and especially in English.> Edward Saxston (talk) 11:19, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
- Merger complete. Klbrain (talk) 10:07, 7 November 2021 (UTC)
