Interlagos is not a City !!!!!!!!!! Interlagos is a place inside São Paulo City !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is already an entry for Autódromo José Carlos Pace, which is even linked from within this one. Therefore, this article should concern itself mainly with the city district, not the circuit.
