The result was merge both. Wizard191 (talk) 18:05, 21 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Sensitization effect contains much of the same information as this page, as it leads to Grain boundary depletion. Grain boundary depletion should be merged with "Sensitization effect" and "Intergranular corrosion". 99.246.97.74 (talk) 02:19, 26 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The above request is legitimate and should be acted upon. --207.107.204.34 (talk) 20:46, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

So fix it. Wizard191 (talk) 21:21, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Agree! (I study materials & chemistry engineering) Both pages contain information about the same topic, merging is feasible.

STAINLESS STEELS LOOSE SOME OF THEIR CORROSION RESISTANCE WHEN SLOW COOLED. YET, IN BOTH FERRITIC AND MARTENSITIC STAINLESS STEELS THE ANNEALING(SOFTENING) CYCLE IS SLOW COOLING(NOT QUENCHING AS IN AUSTENITIC STAINLESS STEELS). THEN DO THESE NOT BECOME PRONE TO INTERGRANULAR CORROSION AND WHY? REQUEST REPLY TO MY E-MAIL: deepak_palsule@rediffmail.com
