I'm not familiar with the terminology here, so I'm not making any editions, but why is this called "Integer Complexity"? Surely it should be called "Natural Number Complexity", and that's only if you count the empty sum as being a legitimate sum, which neither this article nor the OEIS entries attached appear to do. Otherwise, shouldn't it be called "Positive Number Complexity"? Is this just wrong terminology that's become customary, or is it actually a mistake?
