Article cleanup
[edit]I attempted a first pass at cleaning up the article. It was more about how awesome the founder was than a simple non encyclopedic description of a website. I've tried to trim it down to the relevant information and remove unnecessary lauding of the founder, as well as including links to establishing notability in third party sources, and as such have removed the tag labeling it as an advertisement. However it could still use some work, with additional appropriate information to beef up the individual sections, and perhaps even more trimming/rewriting of the history section... I suspect many more people were involved in the creation of the site and deserve mention. ~Eliz81(C) 23:29, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
- It still needs some work - it has been mentioned in outside sources, so that should be a good source of independant references. Wongm (talk) 09:19, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- I know the people involved - the site did originate through the efforts of only two or three people. It has since grown, and now employs a number of staff and interns, and has a volunteer group known as the "Feature Team".
