Fair use rationale for Image:Logob.gif

Image:Logob.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Associate member details

Please stop adding "As per clause 32(c) and 32(e) of Regulations of The Institution of Engineers (India), 8 Gokhale Rode, Kolkata. Senior Technician Member and Technician Member shall, on passing Section B Examination of the Institution be transferred to the class of Associate Member automatically and shall be deemed to have compounded their subscription as Associate Member for Life. Fee for transfer from ST/T to Associate Membership (AMIE) will be collected and absorbed during registration for Section B Examination."

Firstly this duplicates the content in the immediately preceding paragraph and secondly this level of detail is suitable for a website but not an encyclopaedia article. The Whispering Wind (talk) 04:16, 1 November 2013 (UTC)

Reorganisation of article

I chanced upon this article following a link from a past President of the IEI. This article was, frankly, a mess with widespread repetition of the same information (about recognition of qualifications) and numerous headings - both of which I have tried to reduce. Some of the remaining sections are still incomprehensible - I hope other editors with a good command of editing in English will help to make these more understandable, and also add references to reliable independent sources.
