[edit]Dear User:Viewmont Viking, Dear User:The Blade of the Northern Lights
I have just re-written every single word of this article, together with all the links and references, with the same look and content you had deleted it. Also, I've made a copy of the article in case you order another deletion. But if you really feel necessary to delete it, I would really prefer you let me know first in a friendly way. I promise to consider seriously your suggestions and modify the article accordingly.
Again, I would reiterate here as on the talk page of Viewmont Viking: It's a total misunderstanding that I have a COI concerning this institute. There're more than 50 institutes under the Chinese Academy of Sciences (only less than 5 have appropriate articles on wiki), my intention was to create articles on the major ones having close relations with the current affairs (esp. in the context of US-China disputes), especially by digging into their historical roots after the communist seized power in China as well as into their recent developments. I don't know what had led you to think I might have a COI with all this if it's not my interest in science, history and current affairs. I swear, I don't work for, or have relatives working for, or possess interest of any kind in any of these institutes! Please do let me know what made you think that I might have a COI , I'll pay attention to it and avoid this from happening again.
Sincerely appreciate the help from both of you.
