Name of the article

[edit]

The previous name of the article "IFM Paris (Institut Français de la Mode)" posed severe problems. First, Paris is not a part of the name of the institute. Second, IFM and Institut Français de la Mode are the same thing. So Paris needed to drop and one time the name is sufficient. So which one to choose? While the institute now prefers IFM, Institut Français de la Mode still is the common name and part of the official logo. In addition, it also allows to use a simple name without further clarifications, such as for example in "IFM (school)". In conclusion, the other Wikipedias correctly use Institut Français de la Mode. I changed the name accordingly. gidonb (talk) 17:19, 17 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
