This is just some grammatical stuff, but I'm wondering if you want to use the word "they" to describe an organization. "They" is a little ambiguous. Maybe use the word "it" to refer to the organization as a whole. - GrandpaFly (talk) 14:43, 24 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
