Information Control Corporation → Information Control Company – the company's name has changed from Corporation to Company and the article needs to reflect this. Iccohio (talk) 20:04, 23 February 2017 (UTC)

Information Control Company → ICC (Information Control Company) – I field a lot of rename request at OTRS which I normally try to handle myself. I'm not completely sure what the best option is in this case so I'm including an option in the request but I hope others with experience and moves will think through whether a better option exists. The company formerly known as "Information Control Company" has changed their name to be simply "ICC". Their original request was a renamed to ICC but that's a nonstarter because of our significant tab page there. I suggested that we do some sort of parenthetical disambiguation but "ICC (company)" doesn't seem appropriate. The revised request, listed here feels a bit redundant but I didn't come up with a brilliant alternative. S Philbrick(Talk) 19:08, 24 July 2017 (UTC)

- Comment. Unless I see otherwise, I think it should remain at its current title. We usually do not use that type of parenthetical disambiguation title because, as you stated, it's redundant. "ICC (company)" doesn't seem appropriate either because of the several listings on ICC#Business. And have they actually legally changed their name to ICC? If so, I would have suggested having the legal status suffix in the title per WP:NCCORP (such as "ICC, Inc" or ICC, LLC"). But the copyright notices on their web site still reads "All Rights Reserved, Information Control Company", which means we should still keep the status quo, natural disambiguation title. Information Control Company → g2o – the company recently went through a rebranding last week and renamed the company to g2o. The new company name starts with a lowercase g and ideally the page name and title will reflect that correctly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gpalozzi (talk • contribs) 16:22, 3 September 2019 (UTC)
