Sources to use to develop draft
[edit]Since some links to blog content were detected and deleted by a bot, I am going to suggest some more solid sources for citing and building this article which can be accessed for free online. I think it will be better to use books and articles rather than blog posts or links to other encyclopedias, at least to build the basic solid article, then more things can be added from smaller sources as necessary. Of course, the general concepts in Wikipedia:Verifiability are worth reading if you are still new to Wikipedia and everything said in Wikipedia:WikiProject Indonesia/Resources. Below are some of my suggestions too.

A few open online collections which will have relevant materials
- Repository of the Indonesian government of educational materials. Someone suggested this to me in WikiProject Indonesia last year. It has a lot of materials about national history and "national heroes". Of course sometimes it will be somewhat propaganda but there is a lot of quality content in there which can be cited too.
- Cornell Modern Indonesia collection this has some free books and academic studies online, some of which talk about the early nationalism period of independence
- Archipel archive of back issues. This is a French journal about SE Asia but many of the articles are in English. As far as I know they are mostly freely available online and have some good quality contents.
- Delpher This one might be harder for you because it's in Dutch. But it is a huge archive of newspapers many of which were published in Java or in the Netherlands when they were very "interested" in Indonesia. If you are looking for a citation for a specific fact of when someone was born or did something or died, etc you can almost always find it in here. You can use google translate to make sense of the results and feel free to ask me to check about something.
