Indispensable party → Required party –
- Indispensable party is a term that became obsolete in 2007. The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure now calls it a "Required Party" (see the current version of FRCP Rule 19); the Civil Procedure in the United States template on the right side of the Civil Procedure articles should also be updated with the current terminology Relisted. - object to speedy rename; show that most jurisdictions have renamed it, not just federal courts. The article says that several different jurisdictions use the term. -- 65.94.77.181 (talk) 22:18, 3 December 2012 (UTC)
