[edit]This article fails to make clear that this is now a defunct airline. A Google search on Matt Andersson brought up a few obscure references to this airline that is no longer operating. --Brad101 04:22, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
Initial descriptive overview of Indigo-American Express Airlines, the world's first business jet airline. Incorporated prior to and not affiliated with IndiGo Airlines India, a non-operational intended start-up venture announced to the press in 2005.
Anyone else find it weird that most of the article was written by the guy who started the company? And that there is little to nothing available just about anywhere on this airline? I think the whole damn article should be scrapped except for the stub on the top. I've never even heard of this company in refrence to any of the other companies it claims were "inspired" by it, and all of which seemed to actually have been successful (or at the very least, still operating). ^I do. I agree that this should be scrapped. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.135.96.137 (talk) 01:59, 4 March 2013 (UTC)
This article sounds NPOV. Also, the line "The first Dassault Falcon 20 aircraft was originally discovered by aviation pioneer Charles Lindbergh on behalf of Pan American World Airways." is strange -- Falcon 20s started flying in 1963 (reference here: http://www.airliners.net/info/stats.main?id=173) and weren't "discovered" by Charles Lindbergh. 64.236.170.228 01:35, 15 June 2007 (UTC)

Indigo Airlines → Indigo Airlines (American airline) – Indigo Airlines should redirect to IndiGo per WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT. A reader searching for "Indigo Airlines" is more likely to be looking for the Indian airline than an obscure defunct airline. SSTflyer 02:49, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
- Support based on 90 day pageview histories this seems like a good suggestion.--TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 13:57, 10 August 2016 (UTC)

- Strong support – IndiGo is a vastly more prominent airline than Indigo Airlines ever was. — JFG talk 01:09, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
