The figures for the Middle Eastern countries are over-inflated

[edit]

In 2024, there were only 70,000 international students in Saudi Arabia.[1] There were just under 68,000 international students in Saudi Arabia as of 2022, which is a decline from just over 75,000 international students in 2019.[2] Considering most of the international students come from surrounding countries in the Middle East, the figure given for Indian students in Saudi Arabia seems vastly over-inflated and impossible considering the overall international student figures. The given figures might be counting children of labourers and other workers attending primarily and secondary schools in the country.

A similar situation is happening with the figures for Oman so I removed both of them. HelloPhoto2023 (talk) 16:29, 15 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Again the figure for the UAE also seems highly inflated considering the overall student figures and that only 14% of the international students in Dubai are of Indian origin. HelloPhoto2023 (talk) 17:45, 15 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
