Accuracy of information
[edit]According to Ingelhart, L. (Chronology, ISBN 0-313-30851-9) the Press Act of India was enacted in 1910. This is further reinforced by Kaur and Mazzarella (Censorship in South Asia, ISBN 978-0-253-35335-1). In my narrow research, I have been unable to find record of a law enacted in 1914 (nor proposed in 1914 and later enacted) specifically referred to as a Press Act. - B James Wright, USF Tampa 15 Sept 2011 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 131.247.32.159 (talk) 17:57, 15 September 2011 (UTC)
