Title change request

The name of the association has been updated to Independent Telecommunications Providers Association (see: http://www.crtc.gc.ca/8740/eng/2014/O2.htm). Not sure how to go about changing the title of this article, but it should be done. Thanks! MsPenny (talk) 20:31, 31 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
