According to Wikipedia

According to Wikipedia: "Wikipedia content is intended to be factual, notable, verifiable with external sources, and neutrally presented, with external sources cited." I have noted sources for all of the included content. As far as the external links go, I want to provide viewers websites where they can locate incentive providers if they are interested in learning more. I following the same external links format as used in the [finishing school] example. If there is a problem with this wiki, please tell me IN DETAIL what the problem is. I don't see how this informational article on Incentive Programs is blatant advertising.

Well, since the subject is probably notable, and the links can be removed, in my opinion it is not a valid G11, and as an admin I have declined to speedy it. I removed some of the external links. The sources are also for the most part not what we'd consider reliable published sources, except for the Wharton School one. I'd also try to write in a more concise and encyclopedic style,and double-check that none of the material is copied of paraphrased from a previously published source, print or web. However, I at least am always glad as an admin or editor to hear why people consider articles to be noteworthy or important, and I dont think that what the author said is out of place. However , the advice to read WP:SPAM is very much to the point, and I'd also suggest WP:COI. DGG (talk) 18:20, 22 August 2007 (UTC)
