[edit]Question: How did Peter Gabriel cover this song FOUR years before its release? Does he have a time machine, or is this an error?Rachaella (talk) 18:01, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
-Agreed: This article neglects to mention that Joseph Arthur covered this song, and implies he wrote it by referring to further cover versions as if they were covers of this song. Somenoe edit it correctly
- For closure, I just want to note here that it appears someone has edited the article to address the above concerns. Otherwise, note the comment "Singer/songwriter Joseph Arthur was discovered by Peter Gabriel ... Joseph allowed the song to be covered by Gabriel even though Joseph himself had yet to record it" on [1]. (SEC (talk) 16:35, 30 January 2010 (UTC))
Page name change
[edit]User:Koavf moved In the Sun (Joseph Arthur song) to In the Sun (song) which I think may be a mistake at this time. There are three songs of this name. One from Blondie_(album) which I think can be discounted, leaving In the Sun (She & Him song) vs. this page, which was named In the Sun (Joseph Arthur song) until today. Moving the Joseph Aurthor song to primary may have been appropriate a few months ago, but I expect the She & Him song is about to become the primary topic. The She & Him song is more current, as it is to be released in two days, and I expect it will chart well. Time will tell, but I suggest In The Sun (song) should have been left without a primary topic for now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sec906 (talk • contribs) 18:00, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
