Change to article
[edit]just removed some highly opinionated sections of the article dissing the album, saying not to buy it because its a "highly overprouced piece of trash". Comments like this should be kept off wikipedia, people like you (whoever wrote that) ruin wikipedia for the rest of us. So take that dick out of your ass and get over your problem with pharrell, he is a genius and u cant deny it. He didnt even intend to make his own solo album it "just happened as a side project", considering that, i think its done pretty well, and the production is decent.
Release date
[edit]To anyone wanting to add the release date on the album, can you please source this as I still haven't seen any official release date. There is no word on his official site or any other for that matter and the fact that the album has been so delayed so many times I think we need to have something more substantial. The other problem is that many websites that have it for pre-order don't seem to have any consistency for when its set for release adding to confusion. Lummie 13:21, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
Daddy Yankee
[edit]The opening paragraph mentions there is a song featuring Daddy Yankee, I am assuming it the song Mamicita. However, the tracklisting below does not show this song. Can anyone confirm there has been a change to the original tracklisting and this song has been removed?
- yes, i believe this song has been dropped, possibly because it was leaked ages ago..
Two Versions?
[edit]I was at Best Buy (American electronics store) and I found two different version of the In My Mind album. They both have the same UPC and the same track listing. However, they have different cover art. On both covers, the front side shows a cartoon drawing of Pharrel facing forward, and on the back side, there is a cartoon drawing of Pharrell's backside. In Version 1 however, Pharrel is wearing a polo with red and white stripes, brown shors, and white shoes with a red trim. In Version 2 Pharrel is wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt with an ice cream cone on the front, blue jeans, and purple shoes with an orange trim. Versin 1 has the album title "In My Mind" printed in red while Version 2 has it printed in blue. On the top edge of the CD case, there are different codes of some sort. On Version 1, the code is B000738002MS; Version 2 has B000738002SV. The spines are different too. Version 1 has a red spine with "In My Mind" printed in white along with this code: B0007380-02 IN02. Version 2 has a pink spine with "In My Mind" printed in blue along with this code: B0007380-02 IN03.
So I'm wondering if there's any difference in the actual content of the CD's.
Advert tone?
[edit]Clearly there's somebody out there who disagrees that the second and third sections of text read like an advert - anyone else share this opinion? --Silic0n
- yes i agree, I wouldnt be surprised if it was copied from somewhere. Definitely needs editting, (p.s. please sign your name in the future) --Shawn88 20:01, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
- it was copied from one of the pages found by this search: [1],probably Amazon. I've removed what was copied from there. --Shawn88 20:04, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
