"…and Murphini signed his Bank Bill into law." I'm sorry, but who is Murphini?

Deletion?

[edit]

I think this page should be good for education. It's all covered already, in the Wikipedia article on the Necessary and Proper Clause.Ferrylodge 20:24, 17 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I don't believe it should be deleted as it is a "basic axiom of constitutional law" and deserves a place in Wikipedia (even if information about it is scarce).Nukedoom (talk) 01:26, 3 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Well its very important to learn anyways so you might as well cover anything that is delt with the constitution. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 206.110.235.22 (talk) 17:27, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Combine with Other Similar Articles?

[edit]

The easiest way to access information on the types of constitutional powers, like Implied powers, would be to combine this article, Implied powers , with other articles on similar subjects: Enumerated powers ,Concurrent powers , and Reserved powers, because they are so closely related, and the individual articles themselves are relatively short. The combined article might be named along the lines of "Constitutional powers" or "Categories of Constitutional powers". — Preceding unsigned comment added by Digital Slate (talkcontribs) 21:21, 17 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
