Ignorant banker?

[edit]Refer to [1] and [2] for examples discussing AC as part of the immigration debate. For instance, the latter scholarly article writes "Singaporeans accuse state officials of encouraging the presence of “arrogant,” overpaid westerners, given that many Singaporeans are now qualified of doing the same work."
