Incorrect chemical nomenclature
[edit]Although a number of biochemistry text books from the 1970's and 1980's did refer to proline as an imino acid, it is more correctly defined as a secondary amino acid. In the nomenclature of organic chemistry an imino group involves double-bonded N, i.e -N=. 24.108.87.94 (talk) 04:24, 6 January 2009 (UTC)
