Sobol or Sobol'

Existing literature appears to indicate his name actually ends in an apostrophe. I'm not clear what the distinction is in Russian, however. I'm hesitant to make the change (which would include updating the name of this page and adding a redirect at its current location) without understanding the nuance here...Tfocker4 (talk) 20:00, 12 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

There is no questions here. If one needs convincing, look for PDF versions of "On sensitivity estimation for nonlinear mathematical models".
