Elisabet was wife of Caspar Creuziger/Cruziger the younger, and daughter-in-law of Caspar Creuziger who suceeded Philipp Melanchthon at the University of Wittenburg. Though spelling reform allows alteration of C to K, my opinion is that encyclopedic reference to historical persons should maintain faithful spelling, so far as possible. Compare K.P.E. Bach. Revert if you disagree.
