The GAN list over at WikiProject Video games is overflowing with nominations, so I'm trying to clear some of these out. So far it looks pretty well-done. Will give it a thorough read later. Namcokid47 (Contribs) 14:46, 8 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for taking the time to review the article. Looking forward to your comments. JimmyBlackwing (talk) 18:47, 8 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Something I noticed throughout the article is the usage of a source called "MeriStation", which sorta concerns me as it's been listed under "Inconclusive discussions" at WP:VG/S. I'm not automatically shooting it down as a reliable source, but I'd personally try either taking it to Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Video games/Sources to get a consensus on it or finding a different source altogether. MeriStation is Spain's most-reliable and longest-running online game outlet. I've checked those discussions in the past, and the lack of consensus seems to have been caused by a lack of knowledge about what exactly MeriStation is. Having spent a large portion of this year immersed in Spanish-language sources, I can tell you that there's no doubt about its reliability. Even back in the '90s, it was being covered and praised by reliable publications (such as the radio station Game 40 and the magazine PC Top Player). By the early 2000s, it was receiving news coverage like this for its major moves in the publishing world. I believe it entered a partnership with one of Spain's major newspapers (can't remember if it was El Pais or El Mundo) around that time as well. By 2007, El Pais was writing stuff like this about it. Today it's owned by Diario AS, which I believe is Spain's largest newspaper. JimmyBlackwing (talk) 22:58, 16 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Not a reviewer but I second JimmyBlackwing's opinion about MeriStation; I've know the website pretty much before I joined Wikipedia to contribute and I've also used MeriStation as a source of reference (especially since they covered the N-Gage a lot). Very well then, I'll let it stay in the article. Sounds like it could be trustworthy with the information you've provided. Namcokid47 (Contribs) 01:26, 18 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@JimmyBlackwing:: Sorry that this has taken so long to finish. I gave the article a full read and I personally don't see anything else preventing this from getting a pass. Looked through the sources I found questionable and they seem to be reliable from a cursory glace (in fact, I kinda hope this nomination can help MeriStation become marked as reliable). I'll pass this article. Excellent job! Namcokid47 (Contribs) 15:50, 29 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Many thanks for the review! JimmyBlackwing (talk) 18:06, 29 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
