"This song is mostly none as the least successful song of Rihanna's career to date. It is over-shadowed by "Pon de Replay". On TRL where Rihanna is always in the top 5, this song always flocks around at number 8 and 10, or on lucky days it'll get to the top spot. It is Rihanna's first video so-far to be on TRL on-deck videos. The song made its highest debut in Rihanna's career debuting at #49 on the Pop 100 Airplay. The song was produced by SRP label management." - I've taken this section out; it's badly written, mostly irrelevant and not entirely NPOV. Like a lot of music pages it sounds like it could have been taken from a fan site. Graphia 09:15, 13 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:LovingThatYouWant.jpg

[edit]

Image:LovingThatYouWant.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:46, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Scott La Rock?

[edit]

It says that this song was written by Scott La Rock, yet Scott La Rock died in 1987, probably before Rihanna was even born. Not only that Scott La Rock was the DJ behind KRS-One in the album Criminal Minded, a hardcore rap album. I find it very unlikely Scott La Rock had anything to do with this, but can someone please confirm this? MichaelHavas 02:37, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I wondered if it maybe sampled one of his songs, but I don't have any information on it; I just saw that line and thought the same thing as you. -Roddie Digital 21:34, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sample

[edit]

This song samples BDP's The Bridge is Over (as suggested by the writers credits and confirmed on a non RS (whosampled)). This should really be mentioned in the article by someone who knows where to find a decent source. Rayman60 (talk) 20:24, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
