Pneumonia misnomer?
[edit]The definition of "pneumonia" is often described as a '... lung inflammation caused by a virus, bacteria or irritant.'[1]
Etymologically, the usage of "pneumonia" in idiopathic interstitial pneumonia is correct; the word "pneumonia" is derived from "pneumon" (lung) and the suffix "-ia" (condition).[2] —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shayno (talk • contribs) 17:12, 8 July 2008 (UTC)

Translation into English of original article in German
[edit]I'd like to translate the original article from German into English to flesh out the talk. Since this is a major edit of the English page, my understanding is I need to bring it up on the talk page before proceeding. Any objections? Corneliariedl (talk) 23:48, 12 May 2012 (UTC)
