On what basis is The Last of the Mohicans listed as an Icon Productions film? The Icon Productions website does not list this movie, nor does the Internet Movie Database entry for this movie list Icon Productions. Nortonsf 12:59, 11 February 2007 (UTC)

what does a production company do?
[edit]I looked at the linked article for "Finding Fatimah". It says "Icon picked it up for theatrical distribution in 2017." British Muslim TV is listed as the producer. It would be helpful to say in the lede what Icon is now. --Richardson mcphillips (talk) 15:00, 21 May 2017 (UTC)

Changes of name and ownership in Australia and elsewhere
[edit]I've just updated the article according to what I stumbled upon when researching another article, as to the company's status in Australia. I don't have time to research the UK or US now and don't know what remains of the Icon name in those countries. Hopefully someone else will step in to update the rest? The infobox will need updating... and may even lead to a new article, if the Icon logo is only used in Australia now? Laterthanyouthink (talk) 05:13, 2 February 2019 (UTC)
- I'm not sure exactly what you want done, but we have templates to indicate problems (see Category:Cleanup templates). We generally don't include in-text warnings in our articles that the content might be wrong. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 03:34, 3 February 2019 (UTC)
- You're right, of course NinjaRobotPirate. Thanks. I was tired and wanted to get rid of it ASAP at the time. Now I have just spent way too long digging into the various business changes and updated the article according to what I found (hopefully correct!).
