Ice Sports Hall → İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Ice Sports Hall – ambigious name and per commons:Category talk:Ice Sports Hall Estopedist1 (talk) 04:55, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose - Even the official website of the venue uses the short form of the name.[1] The criteria for moving a page are not met. It doesn't need to be disambiguated. No other Wikipedia article can be named as Ice Sports Hall. It should not be renamed.--BSRF (talk) 06:11, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
- Your arguments are weak again - there are hundreds of ice sports venues in Eastern Europe and Russia, which would be translated as "Ice Sports Hall". Please move. Xgeorg (talk) 07:20, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
- You are not in a position to call my arguments "weak". Less than a day ago, you were suggesting a very different name for the article. Your views change faster than the speed of light.--BSRF (talk) 10:24, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
- I don't change my mind Faster than the speed of light. I stated, that the name on commons was ambiguous and made a proposal/move. The proposal was taken from other sources inside wikipedia. I'll not judge naming conventions on en.wikipedia. I just support the move of the page. --Xgeorg (talk) 05:45, 11 June 2020 (UTC)

- Support per nom. Clearly far too generic a name to not be disambiguated. Ice Sports Hall, İzmir would also be fine. -- Necrothesp (talk) 15:13, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose If we had another article whose name was that, then I would agree with disambiguation. But at this point we don't so no need to move. -DJSasso (talk) 12:43, 11 June 2020 (UTC)
- One additional hint: many sports venues are named in the original language, like Spiš Aréna, Hala MOSiR, Eishalle Herti, Isku Areena, Zimní stadion Luďka Čajky, Donauhalle, just to name a few. Why does this not apply to Turkish venues? Xgeorg (talk) 08:17, 12 June 2020 (UTC)
