It rather refers to an institution.

What is included in Wikipedia is not decided by the editors personal opinions. There are policies that must be followed. Notability of this page

Hi, I'm going to remove the notability issues tag, because this festival has grown a lot since 2007, and I have found several reliable and independent sources including printed books which provide significant coverage of this topic. Icebob99 (talk) 14:58, 5 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
